Nettle leaf has been used since ancient times for healing a strength, and was believed to reverse hexes. Popular in home warding spells and to hang/sprinkle throughout the home to ward off evil and provide protection to the inhabitants. A traditional medicine in Europe, North Africa and Asia, it was used topically to ease joint pain and in tea form to help regulate blood pressure and histamine levels.
