Mugwort has been used by many cultures for it's magickal properties. Believed to ward off negative energies when placed near a transom, it has also been worn on the person during sleep to facilitate astral projection and lucid dreaming. It has strong relaxing properties and can be used to induce sleep when brewed into a tea or put in a bath.
